Return and Exchange Policy for Defective Items
We carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, we cannot completely exclude the possibility of a manufacturing defect or an issue that was not detected during inspection.
If you receive a defective item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

- Please describe the reason for the return or exchange and, if possible, provide photos or videos of the defect.
- Please agree the return details with us before sending the item back.
- Send the item back via Nova Poshta.

Important Notice Regarding Return Shipments
Returned items must be sent without cash on delivery / without payment on delivery.
We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery, as this procedure does not correspond to our official refund and accounting process.
Refunds are issued only after the Seller has received the returned item, inspected its condition, and confirmed the reason for the return or exchange.
Parcels sent with cash on delivery may not be accepted by the Seller and may be returned to the sender.
Refund or Exchange
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition and verify the defect.
If the defect is confirmed, we will refund the payment to the buyer’s bank details within 3 business days or send a replacement item by mutual agreement.
Shipping costs for defective items are covered by the Seller.
Refunds are processed only after the Seller has received and inspected the returned item.
The item must be returned in full condition and complete set, without signs of use, washing, foreign odors, or damage unrelated to the stated defect.
