Payment Methods
1. Payment to a business bank account / QR code with payment details
After placing your order, you can pay by bank transfer to the official business account of private entrepreneur Olena Bandurka.
For your convenience, a QR code with the business bank account details may be available on the payment page or sent after order confirmation.
The order will be processed after payment confirmation.
2. Cash on Delivery via Nova Poshta with partial order prepayment
You can pay for your order upon delivery at a Nova Poshta branch, parcel locker, or via Nova Poshta courier delivery in Ukraine.
For cash-on-delivery orders, a partial order prepayment is required:
UAH 200 — for delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker.
UAH 300 — for Nova Poshta courier delivery.
The prepayment amount is included in the total order value. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
If the parcel is refused or not collected within the carrier’s storage period, the prepayment may be retained to cover costs related to order processing, packaging, shipping, and return delivery.
The carrier’s cash-on-delivery commission is paid separately by the buyer according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
Important: please check the package, item condition, and order completeness before making the final payment.
Delivery Methods
1. Delivery within Ukraine via Nova Poshta
We ship orders within Ukraine via Nova Poshta — to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
The shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and depends on the destination city, delivery type, parcel weight, and dimensions.
Shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific order or promotion.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the USA, Europe, Australia, and other countries.
International orders are shipped after full prepayment of the order and shipping cost.
The international shipping cost is calculated individually depending on the destination country, parcel weight, dimensions, selected carrier, and insurance requirements.
Estimated shipping cost to the USA starts from 25 USD.
Shipping to Europe, Australia, and other countries is calculated individually for each order.
To arrange international shipping, the buyer must provide their full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. This information is required by the carrier for delivery, customs processing, and shipping updates.
We select the most suitable shipping method for each specific order: Nova Poshta Global, FedEx, Ukrposhta, Meest, or another available carrier — depending on the destination, price, delivery speed, and reliability.
If needed, the order may be insured for the value of the item.
All international shipments are processed officially, with the required delivery and customs information.
Any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply in the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller does not issue separate invoices for customs duties, taxes, or import fees and is not responsible for charges applied by the customs authorities of the recipient’s country.
